Crans-Montana spreads across a sunny Valais plateau at 1,500 m, with ~140 km of wide, south-facing pistes and open views over the Bernese Alps. The terrain is mostly intermediate cruising, crowned by the Plaine Morte glacier (2,927 m) that guarantees snow. Reached by train to Sierre plus a direct funicular (12 min).
