The resort
Andorra's northernmost resort, Ordino-Arcalís is the realm of freeride and host of the Freeride World Tour, with 21 off-piste zones and the legendary 8 km Mega Verde green run. Its 30 km of pistes rise from the La Coma base (~1,940 m) to 2,625 m, with quality natural snow and a quiet atmosphere, away from the Grandvalira crowds. You get there via Toulouse-Blagnac (TLS), with a bus to Andorra (~3h30) and a local transfer to La Coma.

The village
The charming capital village of Ordino, ~10 km from the resort, offers dining, shops and an authentic Andorran atmosphere, while El Serrat, up the road, is the closest and quietest village to the slopes. Further down, La Massana concentrates the hotel offering and serves as the hub of the Vallnord sector, a good base to combine with Pal-Arinsal.
