The resort
Villars-sur-Ollon is a chic and family-friendly resort on the Vaud plateau, famous for its international schools and a more relaxed atmosphere than the big resorts. The Villars-Gryon-Les Diablerets domain adds up to ~100 km of mostly blue and red pistes, ideal for families and intermediates, with Glacier 3000 (up to 3,000 m) included in the extended ski pass. You can arrive without a car: a CFF train to Aigle plus the historic rack railway up to the resort centre.

Villars-sur-Ollon is the main resort, elegant and family-friendly at ~1,300 m, with a pedestrian centre and direct access to the domain via Roc d'Orsay and the rack railway to Bretaye.
